Jenny Holp

President / CFO
Jenny Holp, President and CFO, has been with Active Electric, Inc. since 1997. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wright State University, a Master Degree in Accounting, and a Master Electrical License from the State of Ohio. She also has thousands of hours of additional training including legal issues, employee benefits, marketing, time management, and corporate leadership.
Jenny will be directly responsible for the overall operations of the company. She will formulate policies to achieve the corporate objectives, ensure profitable growth of the corporation, and fulfill the company's commitment within the surrounding communities, the construction industry, and the employees of Active Electric, Inc. In addition, she lead the way to Active Electric, Inc. becoming a WBENC-Certified Women Business Enterprise in 2015.
Jason Schafer

VP / COO
Jason Schafer, a Senior Estimator and Project Manager, has been with Active Electric, Inc. since 1998. Jason started out in the field and has worked his way up through the ranks. Because of this, Jason understands the importance of communication between upper management and the field employees.
His education includes Wright State University, Morehead State University, and Management and Leadership Training from Purdue University. Because of his hands-on approach, Jason has successfully followed several million dollar projects from beginning, through the estimation process, to the final details of completion.
